An orc amongs humans is a little bit odd. A fat orc is more odd. A fat orc using drums to sing and make music, while being a bard is the most odd thing in this century.
As usual, elves are not feeling themselves good while they are being amongs the “peasants” or “unintelligent” people. Nandiel is not an exception.

It is also an odd thing that an orc does not want to go out from a church and rather stay inside in peace.
